Simon Gault is one of New Zealand’s foremost chefs and restaurateurs. As well as founding and co-managing many of the country’s most popular restaurants, bistros and cafes he has also lectured internationally and appeared as guest chef in numerous international venues. Among the most notable of these was an extended contract as Larry Ellison’s personal Chef on board mega-yacht Ronin and at the Ellison family home in San Francisco, USA.

Simon is currently involved in many of the finest restaurants and bars in Auckland. These include Euro, Green Room, PASHA, Shed 5, and the most recently opened, Felice.
