In the past few months I have been asked many times by diners at Euro and fans of Masterchef New Zealand, to share a bit about who I am, what I like and my favourite recipes.
I am always happy to do so, however until now doing so has been limited to conversations and emails. I am thrilled to finally be able to launch my very own website as it allows me the opportunity to give something to everyone out there that has an interest in food. Please enjoy the following pages, have a good look around and let me know what you think! I would love to hear your comments, or suggestions for content you would like to see on my site. Lastly, don't forget to have a browse through my recipe pages. I have personally selected all of them as both my favourites and most popular. Together, I guess we could say they are "our favourites." There is a good mix of light meals, main course and desserts with a balance between simple and gourmet ingredients. I also threw in a couple of cocktail recipes for good measure. I'll be adding new recipes all the time, so I'm sure you'll find something you love. Bon appetit!

Shed 5 occupies one of the oldest wharf stores in Lambton Harbour. A water's edge position and in-house fishmonger contribute to its standing as Wellington's premier seafood restaurant.

Based on the grand old European cafes Pravda is smart, hearty, with a fine bistro edge. After 12 years this well established, beautiful wooden Wellington piece of history has a loyal following.

New Zealand's only true steak house, Jervois Steak House exists to showcase all forms of the finest cuts of premium beef and lamb. An intimate, busy, cosy restaurant, JSH has a snug, friendly feel that keeps you going back time and time again.
