Sangria Blanco

Sangria Blanco

1 bottle of Chardonnay
350 ml soda water
40 ml grand marnier
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 limes
2 lemons
4 oranges
12 mint leaves

Procedure

Combine the chardonnay, grand marnier and sugar in a large jug. With a sharp knife remove the skin from all the citrus fruit then slice into thin slices removing any seeds if necessary. Add to the jug. Finely slice the mint and add to the jug. Refrigerate over night. Remove from the fridge and add the soda water and on a hot day add some ice. Serve immediately.
