Apple, Cinnamon and Goji Berry Compote

Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel, core and slice apples.
  2. In a pot over medium-high heat, add all ingredients and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until apple is soft.
  3. Remove cinnamon quill then set aside to cool before serving.

Serve with my Hemp Seed and Nut Granola, topped with a large dollop of unsweetened coconut yoghurt (optional).


Store in a jar in the fridge.
