Method
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- In a pot over medium-high heat, add all ingredients and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until apple is soft.
- Remove cinnamon quill then set aside to cool before serving.

Serve with my Hemp Seed and Nut Granola, topped with a large dollop of unsweetened coconut yoghurt (optional).
Store in a jar in the fridge.
