Method
- Preheat BBQ or frying pan to medium-high.
- Divide prawn cutlets evenly between three separate zip-lock bags then into each bag add one of the seasonings. Seal bags and give them a good shake to get cutlets evenly coated.
- Using kitchen tongs, remove prawns from bags and place on BBQ. Cook for about 2 minutes each side, or until prawns are just cooked through.
- Transfer to bowls and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

For a more intense flavour, either add extra seasoning to bagged prawns, or leave them to marinate overnight in the fridge.
