Method
- Lightly butter bread on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn and Indian seasoning then divide evenly between 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle each slice with equal amounts of tasty cheese then top with remaining slices of bread.
- Cook in a heavy-based frying pan over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden.
- Transfer to a serving plate and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of Indian seasoning over the top.
