Method

  1. Chop mushrooms in quarters or sixths, depending on how big they are.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter then add mushrooms and Moroccan seasoning. Cook, stirring regularly, for 4–5 minutes until mushrooms are cooked

Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice (optional).


Serve as a side to accompany almost any meat dish, or simply enjoy them on their own.
