Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine oil and Moroccan seasoning. Add chicken wings and mix well to evenly coat.
  3. Place wings on prepared tray and bake in oven for 15–20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (there should be no pink flesh and juices should run clear when pierced with a sharp knife in the thickest part of the wing).
  4. Serve by themselves, with a salad as a light meal, or with minted yoghurt dip as a delicious canapé.

Simon says ...

To make minted yoghurt dip, mixed chopped fresh mint into a Greek-style natural yoghurt to taste. Garnish with grated lemon zest and Moroccan seasoning.
