  1. In a high-speed blender or bullet, add ginger, tamari, water, lime zest and juice, almonds, spring onion, chilli, oil and salt. Blitz until smooth, adjusting consistency with a little extra water if required.
  2. To assemble, start with a wrap then layer up lettuce, chicken, avocado and noodles. Drizzle dressing over the top, roll as desired and enjoy!
