Spaghetti and Prawns with Smoked Chipotle and Lemon Butter

This spaghetti dish is so simple and takes no time at all to throw together, yet rewarding with its super-punchy flavours.

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a large saucepan of well-salted boiling water, cook spaghetti following packet instructions until al dente (just cooked, still firm to the bite).
  2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan over medium heat, melt butter then add prawns and Tabasco. Toss prawns until cooked then add lemon zest and juice. Mix to combine then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain spaghetti then add to prawn mixture and toss well to combine.
  4. Divide evenly among pasta bowls, sprinkle over parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
